CALIBRATION AND REPAIR SERVICES
Calibration of your CLiMET, PAMAS and DOP instruments in our lab ensures that the most accurate and up to date procedures are used. We provide calibration and repair support for all our instruments in factory quality.
For Climet:
Standards Based Calibration: Calibrations compliant with ISO 21501-4, ISO 14644-1
Climet uniquely performs additional testing beyond what’s normal industry practice in order to provide our customers an additional level of assurance, accuracy, reliability, and performance. This additional testing is well in advance of industry standards.
Years of count efficiency testing have demonstrated that a properly calibrated Climet particle counter produces good count efficiency, even after more than a decade of use!
For Pamas:
Standards Based Calibration: Calibrations compliant with ISO 21501-2, ISO 21501-3, ISO 11171, ISO 4402
For DOP:
Standards Based Calibration: Calibrations compliant with ISO 14644-
EQUIPMENT QUALIFICATION & VALIDATION
Installation Qualification (IQ):
Documented verification that equipment is installed to manufacturer’s recommendations.
Operational Qualification (OQ):
Documented verification that equipment can perform effectively and reproducibly, based on approved specifications.
Validation:
Actions to be taken in order to prove that the method used is consistently and accurately performed.
